Availability & Confirmation

GLDR is available at all hours for existing clients and confirmed bookings, ensuring continuous support whenever required.
Standard Operating Hours
Monday to Friday — 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
After-Hours Surcharges
Journeys scheduled outside standard operating hours attract incremental surcharges, reflecting extended availability and the same exceptional standard of care and professionalism for all clients at any hour. All such adjustments are included in your quote and applied with transparency, fairness, and consistency.
Amendments
Requests to amend an existing booking should be made in writing wherever possible and remain subject to availability. GLDR will accommodate changes when feasible and with reasonable notice. Frequent or late amendments may affect scheduling and may attract administrative adjustments to reflect additional coordination time.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be communicated by email or written message wherever possible. All cancellations are subject to the applicable fees outlined below. GLDR applies these fairly and consistently to maintain reliability for all clients.
Fee Schedule:
Within 0–24 hours: 90% of fee
Within 24–48 hours: 60% of fee
Within 48–96 hours: 40% of fee
Waiting Time Allowances
To ensure fairness and consistency, the following waiting times are built-in to every journey:
International airports: 60 minutes
Domestic airports: 40 minutes
Special events: 20 minutes
Other locations: 5 minutes (extendable to 10 minutes if arranged in advance)
After these built-in times, waiting is billed in 10-minute increments, plus any applicable airport access fees. For flights, built-in waiting time is measured from the flight’s scheduled arrival or booking time.
Pricing
Journeys are individually quoted to ensure fairness and to reflect the specific requirements of each client. All quotations are based on the journey details provided at the time of booking and are prepared through a disciplined, deliberate process that ensures fairness and consistency.
Transfers are more cost-effective, as they involve point-to-point direct travel and less time. Adjustments may apply if conditions change, such as route alterations, additional stops, extended waiting periods beyond the included allowance, or significant delays outside the expected norm. Any such adjustments will be reflected in the final fare and noted clearly on your invoice. A detailed breakdown is available upon request.
GLDR reserves the right to review pricing periodically in response to inflation or market conditions, while preserving transparency, and the integrity of service.
Comfort & Safety
GLDR is committed to the comfort, wellbeing, and safety of every client. Your chauffeur upholds professional standards at all times, observing all road regulations and maintaining a calm, secure environment throughout each journey. For your own safety and the comfort of all clients:
Seat belts must be worn by all passengers at all times.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted within the vehicle.
Food consumption is not permitted.
Your chauffeur’s priority is always your safety. In rare cases where conditions may pose a risk, adjustments to the journey may be made at the chauffeur’s discretion.
Liability
Every journey is planned with care and precision; however, GLDR cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond its control, nor for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Service Continuity
Our priority is to provide a seamless, uninterrupted chauffeur experience — the same vehicle and driver wherever possible.
If multiple bookings, a different vehicle class, or unforeseen unavailability make this impractical, we may coordinate your journey with a trusted third-party chauffeur, always with your prior approval.
When required, this continuity may extend beyond Sydney to support our valued clients.
While these chauffeurs bring their own standards, your agreement remains with GLDR, and we continue to oversee the quality and reliability of your journey.
Privacy & Data Protection
GLDR respects the privacy of all clients.
Personal information is collected solely for operational purposes and is never shared with third parties except where required by law or essential to service delivery. For further details, please refer to GLDR’S Privacy Policy.

T1 International Terminal
0–55 minutes: $14.73 (included)
56–90 minutes: $29.41
91+ minutes: $68.23
T2 & T3 Domestic Terminals
0–15 minutes: $11.23 (included)
16–30 minutes: $22.52 (included)
31–60 minutes: $45.44
61–120 minutes: $68.23
For other airports, access fees will apply in accordance with the respective airport’s published schedule.
Updates to Terms
These Terms may be reviewed and refined from time to time to reflect operational improvements or regulatory changes.
Regulatory Compliance and Safety
GLDR is a fully authorised and insured chauffeur service, operating in accordance with NSW Transport regulations. Our safety management practices adhere to the NSW Safety Management System framework, ensuring every journey is undertaken with discipline, integrity, and care. All relevant business and accreditation details are available upon request.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
