Waiting Time For Transfers
Built-in waiting time is included across airport collections and selected transfer reservations for your convenience.
Additional waiting, where required, is always handled fairly and communicated clearly in advance.

Reservations cancelled within:
24 hours may incur up to 90% of the fee
24–48 hours up to 60%
48–96 hours up to 40%
These considerations reflect the time reserved exclusively for your chauffeur and vehicle.
